Wont matter either way there are bigger forces at play. Blockchain will disrupt governments. Everything will be washed. None of these agreements are worth jack in the new economy.

Go after more mature projects that arent priced in. Raiblocks is new and overpriced. Hard to find mature projects that are underpriced but there are a couple available for diligent researchers.
