Ikon global and saxo are the only retail shops that I know of that offer OTC fx options. I have never traded options or spot with either of them.
Can I trade with options using ibfx mini accounts?

Ask them for a broker to broker transfer form or an external transfer form. Almost all registered brokers have such a form. That way you dont have to pay two wire fees.
