Don't talk to me about Yen, it is a PITA, which is why I never open a position on Yen crosses until I'm absolutely sure about the general trend..

Huh? A 200 pip stop with just a 7 pip profit, how does that work? And yeah, it does sound crazy..but still, looking forward to the next update. And yes, do post the results on the 200 pip stop strategy, and it would be great if you back tested it on ...

Thought you meant a single demo account with one broker, for the whole period..And if you have reviewed baby pips and other resources, and you're still not able to make any profit, maybe you need to consider alternative options..

The last reply gets my vote, and FWIW, summing up all the wins and losses is something every trader does..it's called tracking your progress though it is usually in pips and not $$$

Three whole years and on a demo, that's a little off - never knew that brokers allow you to demo for that long but guess some do..which broker's demo are you using? Just asking.. Would suggest that you take some time off to review online free ...

Well, you can review some of the free online resources to learn more start with baby pips, but when it comes to using indicators, no one in their right mind would use the whole darn lot so just use a select few. I know it can be frustrating when ...

June was okay but not as great as I'd expected it to turn out..but still an improve over May. On trading preferences, it makes more sense to learn when to trade and when to avoid the market, esp during important news or fed announcements.

A "good EA" is an oxymoronic term since one does not exist and even if it did, it will not be for sale..at most you can get hold of an EA that performs satisfactorily for a few months and that's about it.

Brokerages can and do hire traders frequently, the catch - you need to be damn good at it. But if you are that good, wouldn't you settle to earning more by trading on your own rather than for some corp?

It would have been great if some of the so called stats posted here were backed up with real time data..moving on, a lot of traders do join the market in the hopes of making money, fair enough. But when it comes to actual trading, they often fail ...
