Yes it's certainly time to switch!! I used to be on StratBuilder too but switched to MT4 subsequently since it gives a lot more customisation -- I remember switching particularly because of candle coloring issues. FYI, MT4 never "expires" too since ...

Hmm... I am using MT4 and I have the NZD/USD and NZD/JPY pairs there. I am on the InterbankFX free demo server... you can't find this pair? As for JPY crosses, well... it's true that some pointed out they didn't work out last week, but... I will ...

Oh I am jumping, oh I am dancing, did my filter work? Don't tell me you are still in this trade... then there is really something wrong with my chart...

Yes I have, but I am inclined to think that this should be generic enough to work across the board - since all currency pairs are traded by the same sentient beings called human. I won't bet my life that I am right though.

I can't comment fully since I don't have the next few bars -- but we do know that EUR/CAD closed @ 1.4285 on Friday and it is still possible that the price will drop and hit its initial projected target. But if you based it strictly on Mouteki ...

I re-read my post #1148 and I concede that it might have caused some misunderstandings. In that post I mentioned I made a total of 11 trades and reaped a net loss of 85 pips. Thus, I wasn't overly elated. This might have conveyed the impression that ...

I know... but it's just not intuitive.
I've always thought the circle to be one of the basic shapes.

I assume you are steering clear of whipsaw/consolidation markets? And that your broker allows hedging? You don't have a stop, but do you have a take profit point? -- I can't seem to find it stated in your post, I might have missed it. But for now, I ...

Think you mis-read my post. I got the answer to my question... was just commenting how minute and I were asking the same issue, yet from a totally different angle.

Awesome... thanks. ;-) By any chance, am I the only one missing a circle?
Pasting and positioning shapes in MT4?

I don't think you can copy paste (at least I've never figured out how), but to position them, just double-click on the objects and drag them around. For some objects, you need to click on the center to move them -- else you will end of resizing ...

It's funny minute, because I remember asking in another forum how to extend the line -- exactly the opposite of what you asked, lol.

Which bar will you then use to calculate projected profit? Mouteki mentioned that the circled bar (see below) should not be used as it is part of consolidation. I have an urge to take this long too but weekend is upon us and I do not see any "ideal" ...

Right, I came across that before... one of my first "games" on my 486 lol. There's a website hosting many of these related "amusing games" but I can't seem to find it now.
Here's a funny one I still have though. See attached.Mouteki Trading
