      I prefer the latter While people who is on the short side. There is nth much you can do except just wait. 1st scenario:- you shorted at the very top and aiming much lower target, u can either wait ur profit get crushed or turtle out right now ...

      But you do know there is hints and clues left behind on chart even before the news release right. It's always too late to wait for news release only then enter the trade.

      My target for EU is 1.22 been shorting this since Oct. However the 4H outlook doesn't seem really good for a continuation pattern. I would be very surprised to see ECB pushed for a new low. so lets see

      sometimes price action will reach to a price where there is too much buying anticipating from below and seller ready to add short for a rally. In this case they will use big news like ecb to wipe out both entries and market will go back smooth.
