eyevoltage replied Jun 3, 2015Nice one, apo. I also like to trade the various triangles as and when they crop up. I like this one because of the breakout, AND getting on the right side of the MA !! Very nice. Also, it may interest you to know that there was a reversal from ...

eyevoltage replied Jun 2, 2015Basically, next line up (midpoint). Around 17 pips or so, I think, but seeing as price carried on to R2 before collapsing again, maybe it would have been worthwhile to stay in, with your finger on the "get out" trigger!!

eyevoltage replied Jun 2, 2015Nice trade, mate. That was a lovely bullish harami, followed by a massive Marabozu candle.

eyevoltage replied Jun 2, 2015I like the idea, but I still feel that Pivots are king on this thread. Suppose that we look for T-Line breakouts corresponding with a pivot? I see that you use all the MA's that Mr. Bigalow uses. Having experimented with with the T-Line, I'm happy ...

eyevoltage replied Jun 2, 2015Trading the T-Line would be fine on 15m for me, mate. I have a few charts set up, and they really do look very promising. I'm glad you stumbled upon this thread, my friend. It's good to see it being used, with lots of chat and charts.

eyevoltage replied Jun 2, 2015Pretty quiet, to be honest. I'm sort of back and forth with the computer. Bit of a busy day. I'm looking at the charts and keeping up with everyone's posts, but don't seem to have the time to trade today. Good to see lots of activity on the thread, ...

eyevoltage replied May 29, 2015What stopped you? That's an excellent bearish signal. Bullish candles decreasing in size, followed by a long-legged doji right on the pivot. Then a long bearish candle. I'd have been in at the close of that one. Still, each to our own.

eyevoltage replied May 28, 2015Your symmetrical triangle would be tagged as bearish purely because it was on the end of a bearish move. Yes, price stalled at S1, but then there came a stream of higher lows and lower highs, and that would signal that a triangle was on the cards. ...

eyevoltage replied May 28, 2015That was a nice symmetrical triangle there, mate. A bearish one, but a reversal can and does happen. Nice trade. As for the 50sma...... it's good for showing the trend, and it's really surprising how often price bounces off it, or consolidates along ...
