That is not true
if the backbone of the TMS is the TDI cross! Then I have been known to be wrong

Shorted on first bar cross on closed bar using Excel who are gmt3 I think and closed 10 pips

GJ was a cross on Iamfx and AU was cross on Alpari (but I usually substitute AJ as many times it moves quicker for more pips) I trade similar setup to as33..... signal on first APB bar -- Thank you as33.. for your guidance
