      1mth 25 delta risk reversals out to3.05 EUR puts this morningand are holding steady for now (recall, fell from record highs at 4.0 to 2.6 EUR putslast week). Closer in and overnight 1.3600/1.3500 risk reversals are trading1.0 for the 1.35 strike

      this little turn started with market talk of ecb buying bonds after they hit the stops below 40... then the french bank recapitilization shortly after.... im still looking for lower levels for a fade... looks like an island reversal in the making

      lots of US data later in the week wed/thur might have to wait for that for further QE3 talk.... but all things being equal, any temp. relief rally from QE3 talk would be a sell at this point I would think, as far as EU... big psych levels coming up ...
