Thanx for clarification. I always thought that futures are protected from broker bankruptcy, everyone always says how better they regulated than spot fx, but i guess that's not the case.

I looked on NFA page and there are 2 Oanda with different ID, one is 0325821 and the other one is 0326531, is this the same company or two different companies with same name?

Once i asked the same question url . If it goes bankrupt say hello to money, all we can do is pick some good, reputable, regulated and well capitalized brokerage company that is less likely it's gonna bankrupt.

Yea, and spot forex would be much more attractive if they offer money safety, that's what concerns me the most. And for leverage, i don't know why would anyone use leverage higher than 1:20, that's too risky.
