Only you can decide that. You have to take into consideration what else is going on in the big picture.

Yes we enter even when the PSAR is not with us. Remember, when the PURPLE cross WHITE, we are in consolidation and can trade either way because the PSAR becomes mute. You need to go back and reread Dove's posts.

If the trend on all three charts is up, but the Fibo is down (Red), then the markets do not agree, so they are in consolidation.
