@ Takisd... is Meta getting nervous about the opening they are providing in the market for other platforms to grow & gain traction? They could potentially be allowing an avalanche of young FX/CFD traders to view meta as just another platform, then ...

If the non US props that banned US traders come back with ACTtrader/DXtrade/match-trader, stick the middle finger up @ the CFTC and start accepting US traders again... it's probably a strong sign that they can't survive & remain solvent without 1/3 ...

Takeprofit, Topstep & Tradeday on sale are probably the best EOD options.

EOD trailing is not as bad Intraday trailing is pure evil lol - Breakevens, high R:R, letting runners run & scaling in can all kill you

Trailing drawdown always sucks because you can't build an additional DD buffer from winning streaks. You can work around it with risk management, but it's a calculated trap by futures funding companies to increase % of blown accounts. It has a ...

If things settle down in FX prop land with most deploying DXTrade, trade coping will go out the window until they add compatibility with the platform. So trading each account 1 at time to a small target locking in the payout then switching to the ...

I leave a little buffer in DD. lets say $400-500, So $2100 / 3. I don't use breakevens so every trade is either a guaranteed gain or loss. I will also monitor the trailing DD bal and scale down risk slightly on trade 2+3 as needed to guarantee 2 ...

Yes trailing does completely suck, but at this point beggars can't be choosers lol. I pretty much calculated gamble the heavily discounted phase 1 @ 3 losses to bust risk, I lower the risk to 5 losses to bust upto the payout threshold, from there I ...

Once you have Quant set up to your preference (a bit of a learning curve), it's a very good modern looking platform, I have no complaints.

Realistically what would that settlement look like? Fine payed + funds released + inhouse broker ok w/ RFED registration (20M capital requirement) + CFDs dropped in US + RFED & CFD requirements applied to all other FX props... the capital ...

Yes, but all brokers other than us & offshore want nothing to do with US citizens as soon as they show their passport or dual passport with original place of birth, that is unless they are >10M in assets & ECP exempted from US regulations. If you ...

the problem is Meta has very strong platform walled garden customer lockin like Apple... it's not easy for alot of folks to switch that depend on custom/paid order management systems, indicators, trade copiers & meta api coded trading systems ect.

The brokers that serve props are small & inconsequential... Meta is not cancelling Tick mill, IC markets, CMC, IG group, Gain, Oanda or FXCM licenses, nor is there any reason to as they all comply with us regulations.
