sorry, too quick to post. The reason of the above is there are at least 3 possible barriers from 700 to 750: The POC of 3/3, the lows of 2/3 and the lows of 1/3 and some obvious consolidation zone around 1/3 - 2/3. Seems a decent target for a pause.
