With any reversal pattern, there should be an existing trend to reverse. In the case of the triple top, an uptrend or long trading range should be in place.

Back down to trend line again I would suspect and with no break probably a good place to go long as we are consitant now with higher lows and higher highs. That price is 188.15ish. A break there and down trend continues!!! just my short term ...
