well regarding Chart Patterns .. yes Entry means breakout but ... breakouts can also be false as u most probably now ... filtering out those false signals is an art

to marketwavez if you count the waves like that (with wave 4 going into the price territory of wave 1) then wave C should be an ending diagonal but it looks nothing like that. ending and leading diagonals are the wedges you see on the chart patterns ...

on the h1 price looks like a wave 4 containing a double three (w-x-y) with the last three (y) waiting to be completed

my impression is that the book starts with a very complicated way of counting you know the first chapter with :F3/:c3:/:s5 .....

i tried reading it 2 times and guess what ... even more confused
