So you are saying that any strategy that has 1:1 is going to fail as the need to win more than 50% of the trades to make profit... Believe me when a I say that you don´t need a large risk reward ratio to beat the market

High reward to risk ratio isn´t better or worse than low reward to risk ratio, it just depends on the strategy. My most succesful strategy uses a 1:1 and still makes a decent profit. Anyway this sounds interesting.... subscribed

Don´t think you are going to find anywhere where you can find that type of data. However even if you found it the quality will probably be quite bad. Also you must consider that markets change and it is not the same now than 50 years ago.
