global prime is a decent broker atleast they appear so with the youtube being open about what type of broker they are etc But other then that I don't know much about them.

in my opinion good question.. no way to catch the first move. you're not quicker then the algo and if you try you will get caught in lots of trap moves... the real catch is the second move. How to catch that?
