Only problem i see with these ratings is that there are lagging behind reality. By now most of the europe's debts are already junk or moving to that category pretty fast. If EU doesn't act fast it will crash rather sooner than later. If its not ...

Doesn't matter. Everyone already suspects that France's real rating is 1-2 points lower than oficial. They are just afraid to make the truth public at the moment..
