I had this problem too until I realized that my broker named the pairs differently from how they are specified in the indicator settings. For example USDCHF is really USDCHFm. So I changed this values in the OverlayChart-MA and Correlation indicator ...

I too was screwed by IBFX's lazy programmers. I have closed my account and am using FXSolutions as they correctly support the hedging rule (allow opposing "pending" orders). I have heard that they will be supporting MT4 soon however I will miss IBFX ...
