ATC does use EST instead of GMT time, which throws off MT4 plugins and candles are charted differently (daily candles will be different from most GMT platforms).

There is no rule that states that you must provide charts when you provide sentiment. Just take it for what it is, and obviously give more weight to sentiments that have good explanations/charts attached.
