we trade from the 15mimutes TF having confirmed the trend from a higher TF that way u catch the move early.

Check the first posts I think there is an answer somewhere. I do trade around the pivot point and the fibs. I have been ignoring the Ms not sure what their significance is. The taught method is to trade around the fibs.
