If they manage to push it to 1.323 before NY open it will fall back to 1.318, but if the they could not and it hits 1.313 before NY open then i expect the pair to fall further to 1.3050

Totally agree with you. They have the money, but they still don't have the full power over the word. The ACTA agreement which they quietly tried to pass is just the next attempt to have full control. But they are doomed to fail.
