Looks like my "techy" response was pretty darn accurate at just the right time too.

The Eur/Usd has a strong characteristic feature where it does not like price action to move very far from its 50 day moving average. On this weekly chart i'm seeing price action divergence away from the weekly 50 sma. Add to the fact that the ...

There's settings? I just use the default setting on metatrader. Period 20, shift 0, 2 deviations, apply to close. I just see consistency with the default.

I normally don't look at bollinger bands to indicate oversold or overbought conditions, however, when I see a great indication of overextendedness on the monthly or weekly charts I'm more willing to accept its authenticity. Here's a look at the ...

I'm seeing constriction in the yen pairs. I think this is the start of a major sustained correction in the currency market.

Holy cow! What's happening with the dollar. Look at the USD/CHF. It's falling off of a cliff.

Anyone agree with my trendline assessment of cable. I said it before and I'll say it again, a trendline break and a break below the 50 day moving average on the daily chart is very negative price action. Especially simultaneously.

Never mind the sell stops, he he. I like the Eur/Usd above any currency pair with regard to trendlines. Support and resistance levels are so clean with this currency pair. I see the Eur/Usd potentially breaking this trendline to the downside. It's a ...

Nice channel on the monthly chart! he he My interpretation of recent price action in the Usd/Cad is the fact that the greatest amount of support here is at the .900 round number or the retest of the bottom channel. Given the angle of this channel, ...

I'm long again. Market tested 240 and developed really great support off of the low it just created. The trendline on the 4 hour chart is the same angle as the trendline on the previous swing. Market is above the key 50 day moving average on the ...

Those people who are entering short right now need to be prepared for losses. I'm seeing a trendline break to the upside, support on the 61.8 fibonacci, and the 50,70,100 simple moving averages flowing beautifully upwards on the four hour chart. I ...

210 you're kidding right? I see this as a great buying opportunity on the GBP/JPY. We would have to see signifant decreases in the USD/JPY to correlate with the GBP decrease. I'm seeing significant support on the dollar and the yen carry trade is in ...
Is GBP/ JPY going to 210?
- michael7 replied Oct 12, 2007
I would buy incrementally right now in the USD/JPY. Perhaps buy .2 lots, then when you have support above your .2 lots, say above the 50% fibo level then add .3 or another .2 lots. Don't liquidate your positions just wait until support developes ...
what is the safe/optimal pip sizing?

No wonder why 90% of traders fail-they're idiots. How can anyone go long right now the usd/cad without at least a 4-hour trendline break to the upside with sustainability. I would be looking on the weekly chart for a long position. That's what it's ...

Let's not forget the fact that the Gbp is breaking daily trendlines to the upside and in itself looks like a promising long trade over the dollar. Given the fact that it looks like the dollar is showing potential significant gains over the yen, then ...
