It's an EA called Forex Lines. The one part you point to is part of the EA. It doesn't appear to be free, a google search will reveal free downloads that contain an .exe file. I normally wouldn't touch those.

Not impressed that a person is drawing down 2000 pips and maybe recovering to breakeven or that the only way some people could make money was in an artificial market that eventually collapsed. But if it works for you, then that's all that matters.

click on the "Add to Drive" or "Open Drive". Then go to the video in your Drive account, right click the video > "Make a Copy". You should be able to DL the copy.

Re: 2nd chart, first ND. Why didn't the following candle validate the first ND? From your analysis, it appears you only confirmed the first ND with the candle after the second ND.

I'm interested in using VSA for determining strength and weakness of a level and also for potential swing points / reversals / bottoms and tops. Before any of that, I want to know if I'm understanding some of the core principles of VS properly. ...

A mental stoploss is a stoploss, nonetheless. I guess a better discussion would be "hard stoploss vs soft/mental stoploss". It's funny to see some "winning" trade explorers / myfxbooks and then find out they're holding losing positions that are down ...

Just wanted to add that it only worked when I ran "Debug". When I threw it on a chart afterwards, it still repeats the alert. Any help fixing this is appreciated.
Need help fixing this repeating alert
- Amart83 replied Dec 17, 2015
Okay, this seems to have fixed it. My desired result is: once the alert has triggered, stop alerting until spread normalizes. Once spread normalizes, the indicator should go back to monitoring the spread for widening. Unless someone wants to chime ...

I think I know what I need to do. I need to take the "&& Stop_Alerting == False" and instead put a second IF statement inside the first IF statement. Gonna try that now.

I agree with this. So many beginners buy when the price is at it's highest / sell when price is at its lowest and is about to reverse. I had the same problem when I first started, and IMO, it has to do with the psychology of being comfortable ...

Great topic for discussion. My 2 cents with chart attached. If you're still not sure, take the A+ setups. Tom isn't going to teach anything that isn't an A+ setup so his teachings trump all. Once you become better at analyzing SFPs and the context ...
