When the time changes on the server, won't the time change also on the chart? And, if the time changes on the chart, won't the location where the indicator paints the screen colors for U.S./Europe/Sydney-Asia, change with it? Or, am I missing ...

Sorry - also, when I see many of these pitchforks being draw in charts by various traders, sometimes I see them using swing highs or lows that are NOT the nearest swing high or swing low. Why is that so? Thanks!
