Feeds are not provided by the MT4 terminal but by the broker's server. Try to remember which broker provided these feeds and you can use any MT4 terminal to setup an account with that broker.

You need a broker who offers these indexes. You can find Dow and Gold on NorthFinance, but I have not seen the USDx index offered. Maybe you'll find my USDx indicator helpful
