Risk off market this morning after fall in oil price. Gold and yen rising. US and Eur yields on the decline (drop in oil and commodities are going to weigh on inflation number).

Take some profit today on 1.113 but I still think we can go lower 1.108? but that doesn't mean there won't be any retrace. A close above 1.121 would make me change my point of view. Speculators have a net long position so below 1.11 we could see ...

Agree about the risk clearing on independence willing of Ni or Scotland but in the same time UK negotiating power has clearly decreased. Tories that would like a hard Brexit have now a minority government so they will keep this hard Brexit line but ...

So despite a weaker inflation we had a quite hawkish Fed. Confirming their dots and announcing a very soon start of balance sheet reduction. The final levels of cap are quite important 50bn a month but the initial levels are low. Yellen was hawkish ...

We finally test the 1.116 today. Close probably below 1.1205 (last big move with US employment 02/06) would show I think that bears are in control.

To finish about ecb meeting it confirms that we can't expect much from ecb before September. Like the last month inflation numbers will be followed and should be a market mover. So basically long term euro is on buy side. Mid term soft buy waiting ...

Quick update on ecb meeting (I couldn't post earlier). In the statement they only withdraw the terms below actual rate but keep that the qe could continue beyond Decemberb 2017. So they keep withdrawing some terms from the statement but that was ...

Big day today with triple risk : ecb, UK elections and Comet testimony. Focus on ecb : not expected so much from ecb. Yesterday there were some rumors about inflaton forecast that could be revised 10bps down but economists growth could be revised ...

This morning, I missed a good opportunity to go short @1.2536, then I was waiting for a break of the 1.2518...I took a short @1.2513 to enjoy the end of the move down, I was aiming for 1.2498 (TP). Finally, my TP has not been hitted and I lost 13 ...

I'm short on EURUSD Sell @1.2620 this morning after London open SL @BE TP 1.2585 even if the 1.2567 is attractive, it's a low volatility market so I don't want to be too greedy. So here we are testing a demand level @1.2598 from yesterday move. It's ...
