Wrong! You cannot installed and .ex4 EA you have to decompile it in the broker server. You installed an EA advisor the broker knows the strategy.

My experience is that US brokers are really bad in the mentioned points. If you are winning they slow down you system. They make EA expert advisors useless by not obeying the commands or executing them whimsically.
