i do trade mainly with hfm, you might want to look at lmfx, they used to offer services to US traders, but one need to double check they might not allow it anymore.

just be sure to contact them through official channels to avoid unnecessary hassle. but they are active, i do have an account manager in contact through email, and he is a local which is easier to deal with.
