No. You place a sell stop 2 pips below tha candle that closes below candle 1 low. In you picture there is no candle that closed below candle 1 low, so there is no sell stop order to place.

Very bad idea. Quite often you will get stopped out on both positions.

Hi. You don't have to wait to place trade 2. You place the sell/stop order at the same time you place Trade 1. I think I didn' t put it very clear on the rules, I am making the correction so it is more understandable.

Hi, this is not a hedge system. You don´t need it here. You take a trade in the direction of the news reaction, and also trade a possible reversal.
