Just PBT&CA alone is of little use as it is not a PPZ until it has also created a PBT&CB area. For a PPZ to exists the area has to have fulfilled both roles of S&R, not just one. At least this is MHU of it. Hope this helps.[/quote] Thank you - sorry ...
