No I wouldn't personally. A swing low (or high) has been formed because price has been rejected from that area. Therefore it makes the perfect logical place to put a SL just beyond that area of rejection.

The reason we were looking for shorts on that day is because the low of the 6am - 7am hour had been broken. As per Paulus original rules if the lows (or highs) are broken then you then look for a valid signal in that direction. Hope that helps. JPR
