I am guessing the shoulder I mentioned is incorrect because of time. There is an H&S (M15), it's the mid of the daily range (on my chart anyways), and the missing piece here would be time?

Thanks. I was watching price at the time and my focus was on finding an inverted H&S because it was a buy. The one you pointed out is a normal H&S which, under typical circumstances, would be used to sell. However, did get this sell an hour later.
