Even if gold look overbought, we might over stretch to 2000 like silver did to reach 50... Pullback is due, but there are many factors keeping the price up. First, central banks in Asia are buying gold, it keeps pressure up on the yellow metal. QE3 ...

Silver move up was especially over stretched, so that kind of correction (30%) is normal... we're still up 15% since the beginning of the year. This is clearly good as we can now have a better and solid base to attack again eventually the 40-50 area ...
