I have to agree with you, I've tried hedging, averaging position etc in the past it fails at some point or another. It takes one crash, a steep move and you're gone. I think that averaging position works if you're quite confident about trend ...
Accumulative Profits Grid System

I want to point out that most brokers will limit your orders between 200 to 1000, so this limit alone damaged the idea of this trading (grid) as you can't have too many open orders at once.

No, I use the MT4 version, spread on EU is 1.4/1.6 which is tradable for me. Also volatile pairs like GBPAUD and EURUAD are perfect just 5-7 pips. That's very nice if the market is moving.

Yes I think it's best to be able to adjust the Distance, and Distance (to reload/add to position) in parameters. Given there are multiple pairs, timeframes that can be lot of settings I'll try to modify the EA to allow all these settings to be ...

Do you mean that you want to be able to adjust these settings before execution? Do you think that will be easier than hard setting them in EA code?

Yea 12% per year is good at very low risk, in FX you can achieve 2% a month maybe. Even at that rate, makes it 24% per year and if you do not withdraw and compound profits - I do not know. Some people personalities prefer to have control on their ...

I'm not sure about the guy, but 20% per year looks low to me. I can get 12.5% here without a risk (Bank deposits) so I am hoping that I am able to surpass that percent. It also depends on account size yes, If you make 20k per year trading forex ...

Great results. Leverage has to be low, or the actual position sizing has to be low right. You have to allow your trade to scale, and starting with 1 lot won't help and most probably will kill the account. It also depends on your trading capital. I ...

It may just consolidate down and up because it has fell in demand zone on weekly chart. The drop was too fast and agressive, time to take a breath eh?
Ultimately yes, a drop below 1.29 lows will be possible but needs to consolidate losses first ...USD/CAD

I do not want to hijack the thread and obviously I'm not affiliated with any FX company. The spreads are higher in Fx Pro but markets are barely moving. However they're tradable. e.g. 3pips on EU with such low liquidity is ok, because price spikes ...

The more likely scenario medium term, a lower low below 1.35 then a huge short-squeeze. The UK economy/currency will benefit from BREXIT. Investors sell when things are undecided and when they have fears once the dust settles, the buying kicks in.

EU is doing nothing new for months. The boring weekly range, just moving up and down in range .. EU has these trendless times that can last many many months before a breakout happens. :/

Exactly, as long as BREXIT is not decided, GU will be "sell on rallies" but.. I'm not sure how much % BREXIT is priced in already in charts, this can be seen as a risk for shorts as well. The slightest change in that percentage can cause a huge ...
