Make sure you have allow live trading checked, and also the year (2013), in the inputs field. Check also your lot size. If your lot size exceeds your margin requirements it will not place pending orders.

Ah ... no, they did work. I was watching but just didn't see the pending orders, perhaps due to a slow connection from my laptop to the VPS's. I checked the account history and the pending orders were there. Sorry about that. A false alarm.
