Unfortunately the problem is that one good broker is scam to others while a really scam broker is good for some while scam for others, so it's such a tough thing to say with 100% certainty about broker.

Mate did you check octafx? I am trading with them and if you like using EUR/USD pair which I usually prefer then you can try it out since their spread is around 0.2 pips while for other pairs it’s slightly higher, but overall pretty balance thing.

Honestly i don't think so, if its a ECN its a ECN it can't be a market maker.
