EF5 replied Oct 23, 2019That's the primary reason I only trade US indices. In order to get the DAX right, you need to get the US right too so it's more complicated. I'd love to incorporate them down the road though!

EF5 replied Oct 20, 2019Structuring as a Commodity Pool Operator (CPO) is probably the easiest way to set up a hedge fund in the US. In terms of licensing, you'd only need a Series 3 which doesn't require sponsorship unlike the more common Series 7.
