Hi dmostpips, Just saw your post. The bar must completely engulf both the open and close of the previous bar. So the open and close of the previous must be within the engulfing bar. I have my 12:00pm bar closing lower than the 8:00am open.

Hi The Camel, Well the EU bar did not engulf the previous at close so that negated the setup. Also where those wicks are stalling on both pairs suggest we could be in for strong reversal, so I personally wouldn't take the GU setup.
