newb question — Isn't this a long by 4H qqe strategy, if 4H crosses long and 1H to far up, wait for retrace of 1H and enter when it crosses up thru 50

On that last little break up, it kept stopping on 144.666, I take that to mean that its going to hell, I'm short from 144.666
