For USDCAD, I have an H4 Supply at 1.3082-1.3144 that does not appear to be fresh. The H4 one above it as 1.3171-1.3219 appears to have had a touch as well. Unless I am mistaken, the next fresh supply is at 1.3353-1.34055.

blackfeet. I think you will find that Pepperstone will start its daily bar at 5 pm EST. So you will be ok with them. The 28 pairs will be the majors (e.g eurusd) and the major crosses (e.g eurgbp).
