What do you make of the GJ having bullish divergences and still moving lower, i thought higher timeframe was more reliable?

it hasn't completely formed yet, but cci is getting lower and price is not, and that pinbar on 1h looks like price should stay up, but don't follow me, because im still learning and haven't made a profit yet
