Ok, I just ran a a quick test by downloading the db platform on my other computer and ran one the FXCM skins. Everything went as it should:

So you downloaded the FXCM custom skin files (.exe) and ran them? Please post a picture of your Skin folder with the path like I did here: FYI, db is all business all the time; they don't screw around with any custom skins.
