9-30 Announcement — It always worries me when price strongly perks up one way or the other just 5 mins or so before an announcement. Inside knowledge of figures possibly?

I will feel more convinced about the down move I forecasted, if my 5min chart's ema9 crosses the ema20 and price gets below ema50. But I suspect we are range bound now until 9-30gmt announcement. Think I might cut and wait to see outcome post 9-30.
