Which tool are you using? It must be the equidistant channel. If you add the indicator first and then create the channel, then make sure to refresh the indicator doing what I wrote in the previous post.

Tradeguider Quarter Channels for MT4 It will draw the quarter lines for all channels on the chart. After moving a channel, you have to go to the indicator list, choose edit and click ok to refresh the lines. Enjoy!!

Well it doesn't look like a shakeout or upthrust. It's look like if it is touching a trigger level with the low of the bar, but it is closing on the high and on low volume. Often even on lower timeframe no NS bar can be found.
