Is ontario on the same zone as new york? you should look at the market opening every morning and jump into which ever way the trend is going. it tend to go in one direction except for days when the news is a long speech or conflicting numbers.

Can you explain more about your new found knowledge? I still don't see how the leverage affect mony management. I can trade $0.10/pip at 50/1 leverage or $0.10/pip at 20/1 leverage and still face the same risk...

there's really not much you can do. I would call the broker to make sure I put a stoploss on if I do get disconnected without one.

look into trailing stops. FXCM has that feature to move up you stop loss but it also closes into the current price and close you out too early.

fxcm is fine ... they just like to update a lot on Saturday. It's just a way of telling you to take it easy .... if you can't log on for a normal trading day then try downloading the latest version from the website.
