yes they look legit and professional. Transaction costs are ultra-low you can hardly find something better for scalping. I would also add Hotforex to that list.

As per my experience you can find better brokers in terms of spreads. Execution is great but for scalping you may need to find something more cheaper, probably with some fixed part in transaction costs (i.e. commission + markup scheme)
