Didnt quite reach my target...about 5 pips away..now its retracing back up and i wasnt fast enough to manually close it ...hope it continues a down trend

That is exactly right...It confirms that the trend is already reversing, so once it breaks target you are sure that it is going to continue in that direction. Conservative maybe...but its not like its lagging by days, just a bar or so
