That's exactly what I wanted to say. This first SOW could be a break from the SM and we could see ND after it and go short while the SM is absorbing supply before continuing up. But what tells us that SM is actually still bullish? Why would I wait ...

I'm ready for it! It's amazing how you pointed exactly my problem in your first paragrah: How to read the chart is key and I'm simply doing it wrong always!

What you wrote here is interesting pres78. I can see a climactic action and it's confirmation when the next bar is an upbar. But then I'm trying to find immediately a NS bar. So you say that I should first look for other SOS like Mark up move, test ...

THANK YOU NaughtyPip! This is the kind of answers I would like to receive because you are giving me some ideas on the thinking process to apply at high volume areas :-)))

But this is what I'm asking you all: why price will respect a trigger level and when it wont. What do we mean by "respect a trigger level"? If the price is going down on very high volume and the bars shows strength when closing off the low. Then we ...

A little come back on the quarter channel. Here is a script version easier to use. Simply double click the script and the equidistant channels will be converted or updated. The only problem is that it finds only 2 channels.

I've read it all two times and I refer to it from time to time, but there is something I likely didn't see :-( Why are you asking that? Is there something I shouldn't have asked after reading MTM?

Only to pick an example. Now there is that big volume bar on EURUSD M15 which occured during the news. I marked the close and the high of that bar as trigger levels. Now I wait for the price to go to that area and I'll look for No Supply or No ...

Thank you very much John :-) I feel better after what you wrote. But still my mind is not at all working like SM :-((

Are you being caught by those trap up move? I was short before and got caught. Is it possible detect them? Are was it that it was a bad idea to have an order opened during the news? Or perhaps does it mean that I should trade on an higher timeframe?

Anybody noticed something strange on EURUSD M15? I closed my order at 1.4630, but price never reached that level after my entry. ?????

But what do we do if price is going up on H4 and going down on H1 for example? I know my problem: I don't know what to look at to determine if I should wait for a long entry or a short entry.

Right now I'm using the 15 min chart. Is it ok? What do you think my problem is? Do you have some ideas about things I've to check? I'm always checking the trend and the chart mode, but I'm not sure I'm doing it well. For example on the chart in ...
