For template you can't . but for calculations, its free and make signals for yourself with high precision as you can see what happened to EUR and if you just run the software , you see 100 pips of profit it suggested for break out.

No there is no problem . It works with any market time , but it may cause some differences in pips . You can use close of USA market and predict whole day and then in London time you can use to find the best entry.

What broker u r using to find the close of day ? As you entered , at the time you see that High Break Out 1 is 1.3311 . So it means, breaking of this point takes price up
