Maybe you have sth wrong with SL settings because price didnt retrace up from 0560 level more than 8-9 pips. Or maybe it is a matter of your broker datafeet.

Sometimes i do the same when i see that price stay in one place for 10-15 seconds in 4-4,9 pips in profit. Today i set pending orders and have to go away from PC for few minutes.

So, you have to change your settings. LO is at 8AM London time. I am 1 hour ahead, so LO is at 9 AM my time and 7AM my broker time.
